These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Ludixi, including the main site, community spaces, the admin dashboard, payments, uploads, linked-server features, and the Ludixi desktop helper app. By creating an account, joining a community, starting a community plan, purchasing digital access, uploading content, distributing modpack content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ludixi is a hosted platform for running gaming communities. It includes public community spaces, member access controls, community updates, experiences, linked game servers, digital products, donations, and the Ludixi helper app used for supported launch and modpack flows.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally allowed to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the account you create, the information you provide, and activity that takes place under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Communities, Community Owners, and Staff
Community owners may manage community settings, publish experiences, approve or deny access, moderate members, link external services, configure linked servers, appoint staff, and offer products or donations through their communities. Community owners are responsible for the communities they operate, the rules they enforce, the material they publish, and the third-party systems they connect.
Community moderators and other delegated staff may be given limited permissions. You are responsible for actions taken through roles you assign or accept.
4. Linked Servers and External Services
Ludixi supports linked server connections, including support for CubeCoders AMP and Pterodactyl panels. Community owners may connect one or more external server panels or services to their communities. Those linked systems are third-party services controlled by the relevant community owner or server operator, not by Ludixi.
We are not responsible for the uptime, security, content, or behavior of third-party game servers, panels, DNS providers, payment accounts, Discord servers, or other external services connected by community owners.
5. The Ludixi Helper App and Modpack Delivery
Some experiences require the Ludixi helper app. Where used, the helper app may detect supported game locations, maintain Ludixi-managed experience files, install or sync approved modpack content, launch or close supported experiences, and enforce access or runtime actions that are part of the experience flow. It is intended to manage Ludixi-related experience data, not unrelated personal files.
Uploads, including modpack ZIPs and related files, may be scanned, unpacked, validated, rejected, or removed for security reasons. We may block files that appear unsafe, malformed, malicious, unauthorized, or inconsistent with platform rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to harass others, distribute malware, evade bans or access rules, exploit bugs, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform unlawfully, impersonate others, interfere with community operations, or disrupt the service. You may not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
7. Community Content, Uploads, and License to Operate the Service
You remain responsible for content you submit, including usernames, community posts, reports, access requests, uploaded files, modpack content, product descriptions, server actions, and similar material. You grant us a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, process, display, adapt where technically necessary, distribute, and moderate that content as required to run, secure, improve, and enforce the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed for anything you upload or distribute through Ludixi. We may remove or disable access to content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, Products, and Donations
Paid features, subscriptions, products, and community-plan billing are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor terms presented during checkout. Some plans renew automatically until canceled. Community owners are responsible for community-specific pricing, product descriptions, donation campaigns, and connected payout information they publish through the platform.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing changes depend on the product or plan, the facts of the transaction, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable EU or national consumer law, including rights relating to unfair terms or non-conforming digital services/content where those laws apply.
9. Moderation, Bans, and Enforcement
We and community owners may enforce platform and community rules through warnings, content removal, access restrictions, experience bans, community bans, site bans, or account suspension. Where enforcement applies, access to experiences, communities, helper features, or paid benefits may be limited or removed according to platform rules, community rules, or applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property and Complaints
Ludixi, its software, branding, platform design, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit service components without permission.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@ludixi.com with enough detail for us to investigate, including the material at issue, the relevant URL or location, your contact details, and the basis of your claim.
11. Availability and Platform Changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent feature availability, universal compatibility, or continuous operation of any community, experience, linked server integration, custom domain, modpack, or purchase flow. We may change features, pricing, limits, integrations, or operational rules where reasonably necessary.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludixi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. This includes losses arising from user-generated content, linked third-party services, community-owner decisions, downtime, malware in user submissions, or loss of access or revenue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights under applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, operational reasons, or breach of these Terms. Community owners may also lose access to community-specific paid features if their community plan is inactive or their connected payment setup is unavailable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version and update date will appear on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published means the revised Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
