These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ludixi, including the website, community pages, dashboard, purchases, and the Ludixi app. By creating an account, joining a community, purchasing access, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the account you create, the information you provide, and the activity that takes place under that account. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Communities and Roles
Ludixi allows community owners to operate community spaces, publish experiences, manage requests, post updates, moderate activity, and appoint community moderators with limited permissions. Community owners are responsible for the communities they run and for the moderation decisions taken in those communities.
3. Experiences and the Ludixi App
Some experiences require the Ludixi app to be installed and running. The app may detect supported game installations, maintain Ludixi-managed experience files, and launch or close experiences when required for access control, bans, synchronization, or runtime management. It is not intended to access unrelated personal files.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to harass others, distribute malicious content, evade access controls, exploit bugs, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate other users, interfere with community operations, or otherwise disrupt the platform or its users. We may investigate suspected abuse and take action where needed.
5. Community Content and User Submissions
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile details, reports, access requests, community posts, messages, and similar material. You grant us a non-exclusive right to host, process, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the service.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, Products, and Donations
Paid features, subscriptions, and digital purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor terms shown during checkout. Billing may be one-time or recurring depending on the item you purchase.
Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, and billing changes are handled according to the applicable purchase terms, subscription state, and mandatory law. Disabling access because of bans, moderation actions, or policy violations does not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by law or explicitly provided.
7. Moderation, Bans, and Enforcement
We and community owners may enforce rules through warnings, content removal, access restrictions, experience bans, community bans, site bans, or account suspension. Where enforcement applies, access to experiences, communities, or paid benefits may be limited or removed according to the service rules and active policy configuration.
8. Intellectual Property
Ludixi, its software, branding, visual assets, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit service components without permission.
9. Availability and Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free service, universal compatibility, or permanent availability of any community, experience, feature, purchase, or integration.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the service.
11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update these Terms, change service features, suspend parts of the service, or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, operational reasons, or violation of these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
